2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, with EU data-processing addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses. When you visit the site, the web server processes your IP address, request URL, timestamp, referrer and browser identification in server logs for the purpose of delivering and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained for a short period and then deleted.

3. Analytics without cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which record aggregated page views and performance metrics without cookies and without storing personal identifiers. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact form

If you send us a request through the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, company, e-mail address, message) to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures). The message is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our own, self-hosted mail server (no third-party e-mail provider) and delivered to our mailbox. Data is deleted once the request has been handled and no statutory retention duty applies.

5. Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. A single technical cookie may be used to remember your language preference.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing of your personal data (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (www.aki.ee).
